1. Length - stretch from the tip of the nose to the eye line.
2. Circumference - snout girth one inch below the eye line, should be measured with mouth a little open.
3. Eye Line - length from the eye line to right behind the ears.
4. Neck Circumference - neck girth right behind the ears and right behind the jaw.
5. Width - snout width in the widest part.
6. Height - snout height, should be measured with mouth a bit open.
For big and large dogs add approximately 1-1/2 inch to 2 inch to the dogs exact circumference of his snout.
Q: What is the difference between a wire dog muzzle and a leather dog muzzle?
A: A wire dog muzzle provides your dog with better air flow and your dog can drink with it on. On the other, hand a leather dog muzzle is a better solution for the cold winter weather, in addition a leather dog muzzle does not reflect sunlight.
